Josh kept me updated on the status of my order, and he is also very friendly, holding a nice conversation with me via Etsy's message system, answering all of my questions. He thanked me for ordering from him, kept me posted all throughout the process and even sent a recipe to go along with the cookie cutter. He really went above and beyond what I expect from customer service (or lack thereof) today. I highly recommend him and would definitely order from him again.

I ordered this cookie cutter for my daughter's Stranger Things themed 11th birthday, and everyone was amazed by how cute these cookies turned out.
